Red Cedar Coasters

Story

Our sets of four Red Cedar Coasters are a wonderful addition to any home or cottage, purchased for oneself or as a gift. Either as a contrast to modern furnishings, or to accent existing wooden furniture, our coasters provide the warmth of wood and the aromatic scent of cedar. Hot beverages placed on the coasters increase the release of the subtle cedar aroma. We believe in the value of living lightly on the earth and utilize simple vegetable oil to seal the coasters and provide a subtle finish. Please be aware that as these are made from reclaimed fence posts, all coasters will have one or two weathering cracks which extend part way into the sapwood of the coaster as seen in the pictures above.
