There are alot of mattress options on the market and we understand making a decision can be daunting especially given the price point.  Our mattress is Flame retardant free, PBDE free, NOT a blend of polyurethane and soy nor pre-processed latex with VOCs removed by some unknown procedure. Others typically use cheaper components to offer you something "green" but doesn't mean that its not going to off-gas.

Our mattress:

We use natural rubber, which is sourced and processed using the more environmentally process referred to as the Dunlop process. (Others may use the Tandalay process which isn't as planet friendly). The objective is to produce a 6" natural rubber core that has been tested and certified organic.

Rubber is naturally resistant to:

Dustmites

Moisture and mold build up

Naturally antibacterial = hypoallergenic (so if you're prone to allergies, we highly recommend this mattress)

The rubber core is encased in a layer of pure wool which helps with temperature regulation and acts a natural flame retardant (thus, meets Canadian safety standards). Little to no movement is transmitted from one sleeper to the next.

For your comfort, the mattress firmness is available in either Medium or Extra Firm.
