A beautiful and cosy blanket.

Made from 100% organic fair trade cotton. Our cotton comes from the Andhra Pradesh cooperative OCGrA – Organic Cotton Growers Association – in central India (Fair Trade certified by FLO and organic by Ecocert and Skal). The factory in Calcutta where they are produced is also Fair Trade certified by FLO and organic by Control Union according to GOTS standards. This gives us a garment made in respect of the environment and good conditions for workers, based on, and going beyond the conventions of the International Labour Organization.

Why it matters

This product is printed with water based inks. Most garments are printed with Plastisol inks, which are derived from PVC—a plastic difficult to recycle and hazardous to health.
